About Me & Hitchcraft
Hi, I’m Matthew Hitchcock, founder of Hitchcraft Siding & Exteriors. For over a decade, I led installation crews as a foreman for one of the largest residential construction companies in the Northeast. I’m proud of the work I did there—hundreds of installs across our local communities, each one a testament to precision, reliability, and care.
Now, I’m ready for something different. Hitchcraft is my leap toward a less commercial, more personal way of doing things. I want to bring that same high-level craftsmanship directly to homeowners, without the layers of corporate process. This is small business done with heart—where every project is a collaboration, and every detail matters.
Creativity has always been my passion. I love combining beautiful architecture with vibrant color palettes and top-of-the-line materials to help others realize their vision. Whether it’s a bold new siding install, custom trim work, or a quick repair done right, I approach each job with the same dedication I’ve carried throughout my career.
As of launch, Hitchcraft is a sole proprietorship—but I’m laying the foundation for something bigger. I look forward to building the right team, one that shares my values: craftsmanship, integrity, and a touch of magic. Because I believe great work isn’t just measured in square footage—it’s felt in the pride of a job well done.
Thanks for being part of the beginning. I can’t wait to build something beautiful with you.

Why Hitchcraft?
The name Hitchcraft is more than a brand—it’s a reflection of who I am and how I work.
“Hitch” is my nickname, and the beginning of my last name, Hitchcock. It’s what friends, coworkers, and clients have called me for years. It represents the personal touch I bring to every project—the hands-on experience, the leadership, and the pride I take in my craft.
“Craft” speaks to the heart of what I do. I’ve spent over a decade refining the skills that turn raw materials into something beautiful and lasting. From siding and trim to color palettes and architectural accents, I approach every job as a creative collaboration.
And yes, there’s a subtle nod to “witchcraft” in there too. Because when everything comes together just right—the design, the materials, the vision—it feels a little magical.
Hitchcraft is where personal experience meets professional excellence. It’s a name that honors my journey and invites you to be part of what comes next.
